Partner Earnings & Milestone Verification
How project earnings are structured, verified, and settled for registered trade specialists and fabrication workshops.
Milestone-Based Earnings Model
HandyFabricator operates on a transparent milestone-based compensation framework tied directly to verified physical progress. Partner earnings correspond to completed, inspected work items agreed upon before job initiation.
1. Scope & Milestone Definition
Before any fabrication begins, every project defines measurable milestones (e.g., material cutting & tack welding, primer application, site erection, final inspection). Each milestone has an associated earnings allocation based on the approved quote and work order.
2. Physical Verification & Inspection
When a partner finishes a milestone, photographic proof or site inspection is recorded. Milestone completion requires verification against trade standards specified in the applicable work-order.
3. Earnings Release
Upon formal milestone approval, the corresponding earnings for that stage are marked approved and processed in accordance with the applicable project work-order terms.
Payment Terms & Platform Policies
- Contractual Work Orders: Project payments and milestones are governed directly by individual work-order contracts executed for each approved job.
- Quality Standards: Earnings release requires compliance with approved material specifications and installation drawings. Scope defects or workmanship flaws must be rectified prior to milestone approval.
- No Speculative Commitments: HandyFabricator does not issue advance retainers without agreed project milestones, nor does registration confer automatic minimum earnings.
