6-Stage Partner Lifecycle

1. Step 1 — Profile Registration: Trade professionals submit declared trade specializations, locality, and contact information through the onboarding form.
2. Step 2 — Contact & Detail Review: Basic profile review and phone OTP ownership verification.
3. Step 3 — Trade-Detail & Identity Review: Verification of identity credentials, trade details, and onboarding readiness for project opportunities.
4. Step 4 — Scope Review & Estimate: Eligible trade specialists review project drawings and specifications to submit itemized quotes where applicable.
5. Step 5 — Milestone Execution: Work coordination proceeds under project-specific phase gates with scope and milestone tracking where applicable.
6. Step 6 — Milestone Review & Settlement: Upon verified milestone completion, project earnings are settled in accordance with applicable award/work-order terms.
